Today he is Stablecoin Lead at Rabobank — the #2 bank in the Netherlands and the world's largest agricultural bank.

Carola brings two decades in care and healthcare — strategy, turnarounds and interim leadership. Since 2020 she has run her own management-advisory practice across elderly care, mental healthcare and SME, and through 2025 she directed the national knowledge centre for young-onset dementia. Today she advises care organisations on renewal at Vandezorg and serves on the board of Stichting Breinspoken.
